Updates from the engineering deck of Spaceship Earth
Ecovative's mission to advance mycelium technology is operating at warp speed with all systems go. These past three months alone, we closed a crucial 30M fundraising round to accelerate commercial production and distribution, while also achieving record breaking harvests of mycelium for sustainable food, fashion, and packaging at unprecedented scale.
MyForest Foods is growing quickly under the leadership of Greg Shewchuk, the company's new CEO. Today you can find My®Bacon at over 100 locations, from Manhattan to Vermont. As Forager ramps up production, we're just months away from showing off brand new fashion and apparel products made from mycelium. And you can now find Mushroom® Packaging online and on shelves at certain Target locations. We're in the middle of a turning point for mycelium technology, as we produce the materials and products to help maintain a healthy Spaceship Earth.
Go well, –Eben
